The instructor-led portion of RightFax 9.3 Administrator Training will focus on what you will need to know to administer your RightFax servers. This class will cover how to troubleshoot the RightFax application, how to optimize RightFax services, how to create your own coversheets, and how RightFax interacts with its SQL database. The course will also detail the:

• DocTransport Module
• New WebAccess Module
• Exchange 2003 / Exchange 2007 Module installation
• Do-not-Dial restrictions and SQL Do Not Call integration
• LCR/Dialing Rules

The major objectives of the Administrator Course are:

• Daily maintenance of the RightFax Server
• How to troubleshoot the application
• How to provide DSGI Support with the best information needed in the event of an issue
• Configure the Brooktrout/Dialogic SR140 Fax over IP Module
• Perform a backup of the RightFax database in an SQL Express 2005 implementation
• Restore the RightFax database in an SQL Express 2005 implementation
• Creating RightFax Coversheets
• Install the Exchange 2003 / Exchange 2007 Module
