Registrations may be canceled or rescheduled up to ten business days prior to the class without any penalty or fee.  Registrations canceled or rescheduled less than ten business days prior to the class are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the class fee.  Registrants who do not attend and have not canceled or rescheduled in advance are liable for the full registration fee.  Student substitutions may be made at no charge. Dynamic Solutions Group reserves the right to cancel classes up to ten business days prior to the start of training. In the event of cancellation for any reason, Dynamic Solutions Group liability is limited to the return of paid registration fees. Sorry, we cannot accept responsibility for airfare penalties or hotel charges.
